- All purchases are final.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Partial subscription periods are not eligible for refunds.
- Unused services, meeting credits, or premium features are not refundable.
- Failure to use the service does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Refund requests may be reviewed individually and granted at our sole discretion.
If a technical issue caused directly by ConnMeet prevents access to a paid service for an extended period, we may offer a partial refund or account credit.
