ConnMeet provides browser-based video conferencing, online meetings, collaboration tools, messaging, file sharing, screen sharing, recording features, and related communication services.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You retain ownership of any content you upload or transmit through ConnMeet.

By using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Meeting recordings
  • Shared files
  • Chat messages
  • Screenshared content
  • Any other user-generated content

9. Meeting Recordings

Meeting hosts are solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions and consents before recording meetings.

ConnMeet is not responsible for violations of privacy, recording, surveillance, or consent laws committed by users.


10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, trademarks, logos, website content, and proprietary technology associated with ConnMeet remain the exclusive property of ConnMeet and its licensors.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.


11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Continuous access
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.


12. Privacy

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the preceding twelve (12) months.

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws

without prior notice if we believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable laws.
